Giovanni Tacchi's New Guitar is Coming Soon to GSI!

We’re pleased to share a closer look at a newly completed guitar built for GSI by Giovanni Tacchi.

Giovanni, the son of esteemed Italian luthier Andrea Tacchi, continues the family tradition with a clear and thoughtful approach to guitar making. A key influence on his work came from time spent in Paris, where he closely examined a 2008 guitar by Daniel Friederich. That experience informed several structural choices, aimed at achieving clarity, balance, and a focused, compact sound—hallmarks of the Friederich tradition, interpreted through his own craftsmanship.

The guitar is now finished, and the sneak peek photos below beautifully document the entire building process from start to final polish. The instrument will soon be available at GSI.
