Luthier Elias Bonet Shares Sneak Peek Photos of His Next Guitar!

Spanish luthier, Elias Bonet, is on the verge of completing his latest guitar for GSI. This forthcoming guitar is Elias' traditional model, featuring a five-fan bracing system meticulously crafted from templates that Elias got from his mentor, Juan A. Reyes.

Elias handpicks exceptional, well-aged woods for his instruments. The soundboard of this guitar is made from a superb piece of cedar, while the back and sides are made of African rosewood. Consistent with all of Elias' guitars in our collection, this instrument has a rosette design with geometric patterns inspired by seventh-century Persian carvings, executed with remarkable style and precision.
