George Sakellariou Records Music by Three Iconic Composers of Three Different Styles - Paul Desmond, Agustin Barrios Mangoré, and Ernesto Nazareth
George Sakellariou, one of the most active recording artists on our YouTube channel, has recently recorded three new videos in our showroom. This time, George chose music written by the absolute legends of three different genres. In the first video, you can hear George performing his arrangement of "Take Five" - one of the most famous jazz standards of all time. "Take Five" was written by Paul Desmond, a member of the Dave Brubeck quartet. The next video features Agustin Barrios Mangore's beautiful "Vals Op 4. No. 8", arguably one of the most recognizable waltzes written for guitar. In the third video, George performs "Coração Que Sente" by Brazilian composer, Ernesto Nazareth - one of the most iconic composers of Choros.
