One of the Finest German Luthiers, Jochen Rothel, Shares The Photos Of His Newest Guitar Made For GSI.

Jochen Rothel is currently finishing building another instrument for us. In our opinion, Jochen is one of the finest luthiers working out of Germany today. His level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is hard to surpass. His guitars are sonorous, and lightly built, with impressive low body frequencies.

Jochen sent us some photos of this new guitar. He chose some excellent materials, including a fine piece of cedar for the top, and a gorgeous reddish-brown piece of African rosewood for the back and sides. You can even see the original blocks of that rosewood in the photos below.
