The GSI Foundation’s Ongoing Support For Lead Guitar Programs

We’re proud to support music education programs that make a difference! Thanks to one of our partners, Lead Guitar, thousands of students across the country have been introduced to the joy of music. This past year alone, over 7,500 students in 104 schools nationwide participated in these programs. Each year, we help fund Lead Guitar programs in the greater Los Angeles area where recently students participated in a showcase concert featuring nine schools.

At the GSI Foundation, one of our primary goals is to provide access to quality music education for students in public schools. We believe in the power of music to improve student outcomes—fostering resilience, life skills, and greater success in both academic and personal spheres.

How to help?

The GSI Foundation primarily raises funds through donated guitars, which are sold through GSI. Every contribution helps us continue funding guitar programs, scholarships, and recordings. If you have a guitar you’d like to donate, we encourage you to reach out to us. Of course, all donations—whether guitars or monetary—are met with a tax-deductible thank-you letter.
