GSI Returns as a Sponsor of the URI Guitar & Mandolin Festival
GSI is proud to once again join as a sponsor of the University of Rhode Island Guitar & Mandolin Festival, continuing a partnership we've built over the past several years with one of the most vibrant guitar and mandolin events on the East Coast. Now celebrating its 11th anniversary, the festival returns to Kingston, Rhode Island from October 18–25, 2026, with a full week of concerts, masterclasses, technique workshops, private lessons, lectures, and a luthier expo open to players and audiences of every age and level.
This year's roster of invited artists is especially strong. Classical guitar legend Eliot Fisk headlines the festival's gala finale, joined by acclaimed soloist Jorge Caballero and two-time Latin Grammy nominee João Luiz. Mandolin virtuoso Jacob Reuven returns alongside longtime collaborator and festival founder Adam Levin as their celebrated duo, Duo Mantar. Rounding out the lineup are mandolinists Fabio Gallucci and Vincent Beer-Demander, Brazilian ten-string mandolin innovator Ian Coury, jazz guitarist Antoine Boyer performing alongside harmonica virtuoso Yeore Kim, and jazz guitar artist and educator Eleonora Strino. Together, they'll lead concerts, masterclasses, and open lessons throughout the week, giving students and audiences a rare chance to hear and learn from world-class performers in an intimate setting.
GSI has been a proud sponsor of the URI Guitar & Mandolin Festival for several years now, and we're glad to support Adam Levin, Jacob Reuven, and the entire festival team again as they bring this exceptional week of music to Rhode Island.
