Adrian Batista Records "Las Campanas" on GSI's New Ariel Ameijenda Guitar!

We’re excited to share that a new video featuring Ariel Ameijenda's most recent guitar built for GSI! In the video below, you can hear guitarist and composer Adrian Batista performing his original composition “Las Campanas” on a 2026 Ariel Ameijenda “70th Anniversary” guitar —an instrument that is coming soon to GSI.

A Composition Inspired by Place

Batista dedicated this piece to luthier Ariel Ameijenda. It was inspired by Las Campanas in Lavalleja, Uruguay—a forest conservation project and home Ariel, where much of his guitar-making takes place. It is rooted in the music style of Río de la Plata.
