Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all students, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for lesson cancellations.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled lesson. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or special circumstances.

Rescheduling: Students may reschedule a lesson with at least a 48-hour notice, subject to instructor availability.

Payments

Payment Schedule: Lessons must be prepaid in advance. Payments are made via our website at https://www.guitarsalon.com/guitar-lessons

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available in the online checkout on the Guitar Salon International website.

Lesson Packages: GSI strongly encourages you to schedule lessons in advance to ensure the availability of your desired time slot. After your first lesson and a discussion with the teacher regarding the availability of your desired time slot, you can also buy lessons in bulk.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for lessons. However, if you decide to cancel your lesson with more than 48-hour notice, you’ll be issued a store credit which can be redeemed at Guitar Salon International towards a purchase of various products, guitars or lessons. In a rare scenario, when the teacher doesn’t show up for the lesson without prior notice, you’ll receive a full refund.

Recording of Lessons

Recording Notice: Please be aware that all lessons at Guitar Salon International may be recorded for quality control, instructional purposes, and for the benefit of the student. These recordings are the sole property of GSI.

Privacy: We respect your privacy, and any recordings won’t be published without your agreement.

Access to Recordings: Students may request access to their recorded lessons for review and practice purposes. Please be aware that recordings that are not viewed for a longer period of time, can be deleted by the administrator to generate enough space on the server for newer recordings.
