GSI Supports the 2026 International Guitar Workshop in Hanoi

This August, guitarist and educator An Tran will bring together more than 20 students from across Southeast Asia and beyond for the second edition of her International Guitar Workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam. We're proud to support the program once again — and this year, we're contributing something a little different.

About the Workshop

The 10-day intensive is one of the few events of its kind in the region: an affordable, in-person gathering for young guitarists from Vietnam, Thailand, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other countries, taught by an international faculty and supported by a growing roster of sponsors.

This year's guest artists include Bokyung Byun, Kevin Loh, Patommavat Thammachard, and Patrick Lui.

TeacherNet Lesson Vouchers

Students participating in the workshop will receive a $100 voucher redeemable on TeacherNet — our online platform connecting students with professional guitar teachers worldwide. Recipients can use their voucher to book lessons with any teacher listed on the platform, in whatever style or repertoire they're pursuing.
