GSI Joins as Sponsor of the Concerts in America International Concert Artist Competition in Seattle

GSI is proud to join as a sponsor of the newly launched Concerts in America International Concert Artist Competition, a major new international classical guitar event taking place as part of the Concerts in America Guitar Festival in Seattle, WA.

Both festival and the competition will be held June 12–14, 2026 at Town Hall Seattle. This event is designed to identify and support the next generation of concert artists with meaningful, career-building opportunities.

A Prize Pool Valued Over $150,000 USD

This competition offers one of the most substantial prize packages currently available in the classical guitar world. The total prize pool is valued at over $150,000 USD, anchored by a first prize that includes:

• An 80-concert World Tour across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia

• A concert guitar

• A professional album recording in Italy

• A professional video recording at GSI

Second and third prizes include international touring opportunities and cash awards, and all 12 semi-finalists will receive a travel scholarship grant to assist with participation costs.
