Julio Reyes at GSI

Julio Reyes comes from a very musical family – his father was a Musical Diplomat in his native Paraguay. Julio started playing the guitar at the age of 5 and has been performing as a soloist on guitar and cello since he was barely a teenager, is an accomplished conductor, and has a passion for music education. We were very happy to have Julio stop by Santa Monica and play some guitars for us. Here he is playing Barrios’ Waltz Op. 8 No. 4 on a 1986 Dominique Field and his own composition My Ballerina on a 1986 Ignacio Fleta.
