The Kupiński Duo Records Their Arrangements of Music by Frederic Chopin and Fernando Sor

The Omni Foundation for the Performing Arts has released a video of the Kupiński Duo. This video is a part of the Omni On-Location series which is sponsored by GSI. This time, Ewa Jabłczyńska and Dariusz Kupiński perform for us their excellent arrangements of music by Frédéric Chopin and Fernando Sor. The video was recorded in Jochen Rothel's workshop in Sommerhausen, Germany. The guitars used in the video come from the private collection of Dr. Wolfgang Kieser. If you are curious about these instruments, one of them is listed in our online museum - 1973 Edgar Monch CD/IN played by Dariusz.  Ewa performs here on a 1912 Enrique Garcia. We have a different guitar by Garcia from the same year listed in our museum.
