A Video Recap of the VIII Granada Guitar Festival

Our good friend Vicente Coves from the European Guitar Foundation has shared with us a fantastic video documenting the highlights of the VIII Festival Internacional de la Guitarra de Granada Antonio Marín. Spanning from July 15 to August 7, 2024 this long celebration of the guitar brought together world-renowned performers, master craftsmen, and music enthusiasts for 30 unforgettable concerts, masterclasses, and special events.

Two major highlights of the festival were the VII Antonio Marin Montero Guitar Building Competition and Maestro Pepe Romero’s masterclass, both of which underscored the festival’s dedication to the artistry and craftsmanship of the guitar.
