Celebrating St. Patrick's Day with Alan Mearns' performance of "Inishowen"

As St. Patrick's Day approaches, let's dive into the heart of Irish culture with a special performance by Irish classical guitarist Alan Mearns.

Featured on Rick Beato's YouTube channel, Alan has gained attention for his skillful guitar playing and very unique and original approach to arranging music for classical guitar. 

In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, we've prepared a special video for you. While in our showroom, Alan recorded his piece titled "Inishowen" - named after the northernmost peninsula in Ireland. Additionally, we also incorporated some of the footage recorded by Alan at the Antrim coastline (The Causeway Coastline) about 20 miles east of Inishowen

The guitar featured in the video is a 2023 Christoph Sembdner CD/EE. It's a guitar with a very wide palette of tonal colors both in the trebles and basses, making this a very agile instrument for the player seeking that Bream-esque style of sound.
