Sneak Peek: A New Classical Guitar from Miguel Angel Gutierrez

We're excited to share a sneak peek at the newest classical guitar underway from Spanish luthier Miguel Angel Gutierrez, currently being built for GSI! We've followed Miguel's work closely over the years, ever since meeting him at the 5th Antonio Marin Guitar Building Competition in Granada, where he took home 2nd prize.

This latest guitar pairs a spruce soundboard with a set of rosewood back and sides. We can also observe Miguel's beautiful rosette and striking inlay work featuring colorful patterns blending natural browns, yellows and blacks with dyed blues and greens.
