Description

French luthier Dominique Delarue builds in the south of France near Aix en Provence, in Saint Chamas. His instruments are noted for their excellent tonal colors and a broad dynamic range with remarkable balance and plenty of power. This is a very nice example of his work and demonstrates an elegant and refined simplicity in the detailing, materials and style of build. The cedar gives the guitar a harmonically rich quality of sound across all registers. The guitar is in excellent condition with one small crack (almost invisible) in the lower bout of the top, recently expertly repaired by GV Rubio who also touched up the finish to make it look like-new.
