Description

Andreas Kirschner is regarded as one of the hotter 'double-top' builders currently from Germany. For this particular instrument, he has two sets of spruce for the inner and outer layers, with a nomex structure in between. The underside itself appears quite traditional - five fan struts and a very thin bridge patch. The guitar is exceptionally lightweight and so it is very lively. It has a raised fingerboard for improved playability in the higher registers. One of the more powerful double-tops we've ever seen, on par and exceeding other makers of much higher stature and reputation. Condition is almost mint. Barely any signs of use.
