Description

Cervantes Guitars was started by Alejandro Cervantes. At age 10 Alejandro started playing the guitar and his studies would eventually take him to the National Conservatory of Music in Mexico City. He also learned the rudiments of guitar making from his father who built guitars. Alejandro's experience as a player has helped him approach guitar making with greater sensitivity to playability and responsiveness. This is a top concert model from Cervantes. It features a French polished top, elevated fingerboard for greater access to higher registers above the 12th fret, and a thin top braced with a lattice system, similar to many Australian guitars. It has a big, husky sound with rich overtones packed into every note. It has plenty of power and could easily fill any concert hall with ease. Despite some superficial playing wear in the top, the condition is excellent with no cracks or repairs.
