Description

Manuel Reyes is considered to be one of the great living flamenco makers. His guitars have been played by dozens of famous flamenco legends and one is currently being played by Vicente Amigo. For many years Manuel Reyes Jr. has been building guitars under the tutelage of his father, and with each guitar he builds, he is fast approaching the same level as his father. The sound is bright, dense and very powerful. As a negra, this flamenco has much bite but also clear focus, suitable for any sized concert hall. Aesthetically, the guitar is indistinguishable from his father's, except of course for the label. GSI is proud to represent this fine maker and he has agreed to provide us with one guitar per year, despite his growing and lengthy wait list.
