Like his background as a player, Ethan's guitars are very traditional. They are notably lightweight like the mid-century flamenco guitars coming from Andalucia and likewise have a strong, quick snap to the attack of each note. The body of each note is loose and old-world, with warm basses and lyrical trebles. This guitar is extremely easy to play for the left hand with a sleek and easy contour to the neck. Additionally, it is ultra-responsive to the touch so very easy on the right hand. Overall a beautiful instrument with great, traditional Spanish sound. Fitted with "machined" pegs for the cool "old school" look but modern ease of use. Condition is excellent with no cracks or repairs, only some normal finish wear as should be expected from an instrument that has been regularly played for over a decade. For the serious flamenco player looking for a fantastic negra concert guitar, we can recommend this instrument highly.
