Description

This is a beautiful instrument made by G.V. Rubio, here in California. Materials are very high quality and a pleasure to look at, including a perfectly quarter-sawn spruce top with plenty of cross-grain silk. The sound is extremely responsive and open, with plenty of volume and character. The trebles are very clear and easy to work with, and the basses are steady and full. Playability is a dream with very low flamenco action which also assists in giving it a the right amount of flamenco growl. Condition is amazing - GV Rubio himself recently did some very light finish touch-up and so the guitar now has very few signs of prior use. Overall, a great-sounding, played-in flamenco blanca in outstanding condition.
